The aim of this article is to formulate the four elements of social justice by focusing on the intellectual legacy of Martyr Beheshti. Under the four main elements, namely the individual levels, the system of planning and managing affairs, the system of social interactions, and the system of economic exchanges, there are components that are linked to each other in a coherent relationship and constitute a value called social justice. The present article, using an exploratory-descriptive method, seeks to answer the question of how Martyr Beheshti's theory of social justice is realized? The most important result of examining Martyr Beheshti's views and thoughts is to achieve the fact that all the four elements and components of social justice are based on the rational and revealed teachings of the Islamic religion and are in accordance with nature, which affect each other in a systematic relationship. Therefore, whenever justice is crystallized in the form and substance of these components, it leads to the objective realization of social justice. On the other hand, whenever some of the pillars of the theory are neglected or not fully realized, a just social system in the sense he intended has not been realized.
