Abstract

From the perspective of some leisure theorists, the core or the most important component of leisure is lifestyle. While the policies in this area does not have a coherent policy theory to illustrate clearly ideal status that policy-makers are going to achieve it.
In the present study, it is tried to organize a formulation of policy theory using concepts derived from legal and “transcendent wisdom” sources. The research method used is deductive-argumentative and semantic research method. The central concept for realizing satisfaction and peace and well-being is to understand the place of pleasure and all kinds and levels and its characteristics. Pleasure depends on two things: one is to reach perfection, which is the good. The second is to understand it, because perfection is the good. Therefore, it is necessary to define the field of leisure growing towards perfection. In addition to the characteristic of anti-neglect, a platform should be considered to lead the person to higher and higher pleasures.
Therefore, if the connections of a person with meaningful systems is incompatible with Fetrat, this person will suffer from becoming objectification and alienation.
