Obstacles to Civilizational Movement and the Strategies for
Coping with It, According to Malik Ben Nabi
Abstract
This article, by examining the works of Algerian thinker Malik Ben Nabi, seeks to extract data on civilizational barriers from his works and, by analyzing them, provides an overview of the challenges of civilization and civilizational movements. The challenges Malik Ben Nabi has gained during the course of his studies of the growth and decline of civilizations. In this paper, after classifying the information obtained, we will analyze each one as well as presenting a solution to those factors based on the thought of Malik Ben Nabi. The type of this research is qualitative and relies on an analytical-descriptive research methodology with reference to adaptive information and classification of information. The results of this research show that the range of influential transnational factors along with the internal characteristics in the two main domains of the mind and social relations are the dominant actors that hinder the movement and civilization movement.
